This position will work on the creation and implementation of programs and initiatives in the areas of Talent Management, Competency Management, Training, and Org Development. This position will act as lead for key programs within assigned internal client groups and support ongoing performance check-ins, internal training programs and leadership/career development.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Partner with Department Leadership on employee development, performance, and soft skill training
  • Develop and build curriculum for competency-based trainings and evaluate the effectiveness of existing training programs
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of talent management materials, presentations, and communications
  • Conduct ongoing needs analysis and identify potential skill gaps across assigned departments
  • Partner with HR and Department Leadership, to help translate Talent needs into quality Talent decisions
  • Influence and support large scale change management efforts
  • Partner with Leadership to improve talent management practices, and career development,
  • Support with other projects as needed

Job Requirements

  • BA in Business/Human Resources/IO Psychology or 10 years’ experience in a related role  
  • 5+ years’ experience in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Training, or related field
  • Understanding of Adult Learning
  • Understanding of Instructional Design Practices
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
  • Ability to multitask, meet deadlines
  • Sound judgment and problem-solving skills
  • Customer focused attitude, with high level of professionalism and discretion
  • Ability to maintain confidential information
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
  • Ability to travel occasionally to other ABT sites
