The Executive Assistant performs administrative duties for the General Manager and other Executive Team Members. The Executive Assistant also assists in developing and maintaining marketing initiatives on the Company website and social media platforms.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

·        Coordinates travel arrangements for Executive Team and other Amphenol Borisch team members

·        Recommends, designs and publishes website and social media updates and content

·        Coordinates all off-site and Customer meetings

·        Prepares materials and PowerPoint presentations for Customer and Team meetings

·        Takes meeting minutes, publishes and follows up on required actions

·        Performs administrative tasks for General Manager and Executive Team members

·        Runs, analyzes and publishes reports for management

·        Answers incoming phone calls and assists visitors with the check-in process

·        Other tasks as assigned by management

Job Requirements

·        Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative/executive assistant role

·        High school diploma/GED

·        Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite programs

·        Proficient in Microsoft Office programs

·        Ability to design and implement engaging social media and website initiatives

·        Ability to multitask, meet deadlines

·        Ability to maintain confidential information

·        Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·        Superior attention to detail

·        Strong organizational skills

·        Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work effectively with team members at all levels
